We felt great, our energy was way up. It is a steady energy. Not like if you drank a few cups of coffee. There was no crash. You do not feel jittery or nervous like most supplements make you feel.

HCG has very good reviews on the GNC website. People are losing weight with the product but it is very difficult to follow. You must be on a 500 calorie a day diet for a while and then gorge some days. Plus it is extremely expensive.

HCG is a hormone and can cause false positive pregnancy tests.
